Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is only open to residents of Great Britain and Isle of Man, except employees of ‘Coca-Cola’ Great Britain, Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd, Sainsbury’s Stores, their subsidiaries, families, agents or anyone associated with this promotion.
2. To enter simply text ‘ORANGE’ to 85100. No purchase necessary.
3. Entries are limited to 1 per mobile phone number per day.
4. The first draw will happen on 30/4/08, a draw will occur daily thereafter until the final day 21/5/08. All entries received on a particular day before midnight will be entered into that day’s draw, entries received after midnight will be entered into the next day’s draw.
5. The first valid entry drawn from all entries for each day will receive a promotional code that can be redeemed at www.kitbag.com to the value of £500.
6. The prize draws will take place on the day following entry, unless entry was made on Friday or Saturday in which case it will be made on the following Monday.
7. Independent adjudicators will monitor the draw. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters. No correspondence will be entered into.
8. The prize winners will be notified within 7 days of the draw by telephone. The prize winners will be the owners of the mobile phone numbers from which the winning text entries were sent.
9. Prize winners’ names and counties will be made available by sending a SAE to “Sainsbury’s Powerade Kitbag Promotion, PO Box 3374, Stirling Road, SWINDON, SN3 4DB” within 6 weeks of the closing date.
10. Your text message entry will be charged at your standard network rate (normally between 10p and 12p). Charges are dependent on your network operator. Please check with the bill payer before sending a text message.
11. Proof of sending a text message is not proof of receipt of entry by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any messages that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, or for any other reason beyond the Promoter’s control.
12. All valid entries will receive a bounce-back text message within 24 hours as confirmation of entry to the prize draw. The Promoter pays the cost of the Promoter’s acknowledgement.
13. No cash or other alternatives in whole or part substitution of the specified prize will be offered and the prize is non-transferable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value.
14. Prize winners may be asked to participate in publicity.
15. Please retain these terms and conditions for future reference.
16. By entering this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
17. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.
